Every machine we sell needs software to actually do anything, a slicer for your 3D printer, a control program for your laser, or CAM software for your CNC router. Rather than make you go hunting, we've pulled together the software each machine type actually uses in one place. We link straight to the official source for each download, so you always get the genuine, up-to-date version, not a copy sitting on our server.

These links go straight to the manufacturer's own site. We don't host or modify any of this software ourselves, so you're always downloading the current, official version. If a link ever looks wrong or outdated, let us know and we'll fix it.

Getting started

Installing software
for the first time

If this is your first machine, here's the general order most people follow.

1

Identify your machine

Check your printer or laser's exact model name, it's usually on the unit itself or in your purchase confirmation.

2

Download the matching software

Use the official link above for your machine type. Avoid third-party download sites, even ones that look legitimate.

3

Connect & calibrate

Follow the software's first-time setup to connect to your machine. Still stuck? That's exactly what our training sessions are for.

Need a hand setting it up?

Software is one thing.
Knowing how to use it is another.

If you'd rather have someone walk you through setup, slicing settings, or your first project step by step, book one of our training workshops online or in person. Training is discounted if your machine was purchased from us.

Questions

Software FAQ

Is this software actually free?

Where we've marked something "Free," it's genuinely free to download and use from the manufacturer. Items marked "Paid" or "Trial / Paid" usually offer a free trial period before requiring a licence purchase, which is handled directly through that software's own website, not through us.

Why don't you host the installers yourselves?

Software updates frequently, and downloading directly from the manufacturer guarantees you always get the current, secure version. It also respects each company's own distribution terms for their software.

I don't see software for my exact machine model. What do I do?

Email us your machine's model name at sales@techup3d.com and we'll point you to the correct download, even if it's not listed above.

I downloaded the software but don't know how to use it. Can you help?

Yes, that's exactly what our training workshops are for, covering setup, slicing settings, and your first project, online or in person.
