Our Warranty on the machines 6 months for all the machines. All information regarding our warranty you need to email our support centre(support@techup3d.com) to get help and information.

Should your machine have any faulty within the 6 months period we provide you, you will need to contact support@techup3d.com our support centre will help you.

We ship everywhere across the whole continent of Africa. We use various Courier methods to ship your products such as FeDex Courier and The Courier Guy. We provide you with a tracking number to tract your order as soon as the Courier have you order.

Our shipping takes 5 to 9 working days.
